Our new Business Online and Mobile Banking platform give small and mid-size business owners the digital banking tools you need to manage your business and your finances anywhere at any time.

Features

• Business ACH - create your own ACH templates, add payees, and submit ACH transfers right from the device of your choice.
• Business Admin - with the business admin portal you can create roles, manage permissions and create payees.
• Business Reports - Set-up report templates to see the financial health of your business. Reports include, payment history, scheduled activity, and managing eBill. 
• Export to Quicken and Quickbooks - system allows for exports to Quicken and QuickBooks.

Current Maine State Credit Union Business Members

All current Maine State Credit Union business members who are currently using the existing mobile and online banking platform will be migrated over to the new business digital banking system. 

Logging in for the first time

All users will need to log into the system to verify their identity.  Please have your current user and password available as well as the tax id number for your business.  You will be asked to reset your password.

Users Roles and Permissions

After logging into the new system for the first time.  You will need to re-establish user roles and permissions as these did not transfer over from the old system.  Watch this video to learn more.

ACH Withdrawals and Collections

All ACHs currently in place will transfer over to the new system.  If you want to make changes or set up new ones, please contact us at business at mainestatecu dot org and we will walk you through the process.
